Attack-Get some food from shop at quest tab and scroll down at the pk shop.(If you have no money just Thieve a little at ::Skills and then you can go and buy Torstol Seed's and then go to ::farming and use them on the patch's and then sell the seed's and buy food, armour, weapons like that.)
Level 1-40:
Go to slayer and kill the chicken's (level 1) until your attack level is 40.They won't hit you that high so you don't have to worry. If you want you can countine down the path and into the next room and kill all the slayer monster's and raise you'r slayer.
Path A:
Level 40-60:
It may take a long time but you will be much more powerfull to attack the next monster.Go to ::train and look at the picture under this info and it will tell you where to go.Remember get some food before you go there because they may kill you. When you enter the building there will be Guard's (level 28) on your left and barbarian woman (level 8 ) on your right.Attack the barbarian woman until you're attack level is 60.I say go to 60 so you can buy the thing's in the picture under this info and it will make you hit more. The drop's you get from the barbarian woman you can sell that at "Sell You're item's" in the quest tab.

Right across there are the Guard's If you need more food go get some because they are (Level 28) and they can kill you sometimes. When you need food just go buy some and then come back and keep killing them until you're attack level is 70,they have.To get money you can go and sell the things that they drop or high alchmy them and get money.
Level 70-100:
On the right side of ::trian there are Jogre (Level 53)Bring a lot of food they are very tough and have a lot of life bars. When you first kill one it will take you straight to 75 attack.People say they are good for fighting. You can fight them to 135 if you want.
Level 100-and up:
1.You can go and fight and King black Dragons (Level 279) on the left side when you come into ::train.Bring load's of food because they have a lot of life bar's and hit very high.2.You can go to ::void and kill Dad (Level 101) and also you can kill Jungle Demon (Level 195) they both hit high so I would bring a load of food and also they have a lot of life bars. They drop pretty good item's like void and you can sell that to the players. Also they drop some item's you can sell to the shop's and make some money. To kill Dad and the Jungle demon you need 99 slayer. You can also go and attack the barrows guy's at ::barrow's.Truth told me that he trained on them and he has 135 attack.Thank you for helping me Truth.
